Symsource is the London-based B2B team behind the scenes of some of today's most widely used mobile applications. The company develops apps on all platforms including iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Java J2ME, Symbian OS and Windows Mobile. Symsource's clients benefit from its ability to both scope and deliver complex and innovative mobile technology solutions on time and within budget.

The PR challenge was to demonstrate Symsource's expertise to UK media, analysts and other key target audiences & also to differentiate the company within a very crowded mobile apps marketplace.

Leveraging informed opinion pieces and other written comment to secure coverage in top tier media including the Financial Times, Mobile magazine, Silicon.com and mad.co.uk's Technology Weekly. Journalists were provided with specially created articles, top tips and phone interviews with senior Symsource personnel.

Results

Over 15 articles & postings within a four month period. Opinion articles & comments published in media including the Financial Times, Mobile magazine, Silicon.com, Mobile Entertainment, mad.co.uk's Technology Weekly, VanillaPlus, utalkmarketing.com and TG Daily.

Symsource was acquired by eCommera in 2011.
